Sales performance: Lower Mainland Real Estate Listings

This is the table similar to the Richmond table I published yesterday, but for the entire Lower Mainland.  As you can see, the ratio of expired and terminated listings has climbed substantially since 2011 when less than 1/3 SFDs would expire or be terminated within this last 30 day period in that year.  The ratio of listing "failures" is almost double in Richmond as compared to rest of the Lower Mainland (including Richmond) which you can see by looking at yesterday's blog post.
