Richmond Real Estate Market Report-Condo Sales Performance

I often get asked about the merits of investing in condos and apartments and often the question is not only where to buy, but what size to buy.  Below I have drawn up 4 different graphs of Richmond condo sales performance based upon the number of bedrooms in the units, i.e. from 1-4 bedrooms.  The metric used is the sales to active ratio based upon number of units sold against the total number listed in that category.  The graphs are dynamic so that if you ever return after a month end and check up on them, the data will reflect the latest months.


These types of graphs can be done to compare different areas, price levels and can visually assist in analysing many different variables.
