Over the weekend, I took some time to conduct an exit interview with my clients Cindy Hirschberg Shon and Andrew Schon about all of the conflicting emotions arising from their decision to move back to Toronto from Richmond and mostly as a way to help them say goodbye to so many people who touched their lives during their last 7 years in Richmond, as Covid is not making the departure any easier. What arose from that interview was a pretty reliable template which can be used by other to ensure that a long distance move will ultimatley prove successful.
