For the week ending September 27, 2014, there were 789 single family homes listed for sale in Richmond.  The median list price was $1,398,000 for a 3860 sq ft home built in 2012 located in East Cambie area. This home has been for sale since September of 2013 and was originally priced at $1,550,000.

The median selling price was: $972,000 and was for a 3 BR home built in 1972 on Forsyth.
