Terra Nova Real Estate Report Richmond,BC

Terra Nova is like a microcosm for Richmond Real Estate. And Richmond real estate is a microcosm for immigration.  If Terra Nova is doing well, then Richmond will do well.  So here is a snapshot of Terra Nova Real Estate over the last couple of weeks; and it isn't great.  There are still great buying opportunities in this market.

IN the last 14 days in Terra Nova, there have been 5 new listings for property but the total number of single Family detached Houses remains almost unchanged at 37. 



The price distribution of the propertylistings for sale is as follows:

The median asking price is $1,498,500 for a 6 bedroom 2966 square foot house built in 1991. The median age for the housing stock for sale is 21 years.  This represents a slight shift higher from my December 7, 2013 post.

There are now 37 single family homes for sale in Terra Nova, up from 36 on December 7, 2012.
