Terra Nova Homes For Sale: Richmond

The easiest way to find a home for sale in Terra Nova, Richmond is to go www.shuchatgroup.com and click on the "Properties" tab, "Homes for Sale" dropdown box and then click on "Terra Nova".  Why go through all of the property listings in Richmond if you just want to look at homes in Terra Nova?

Terra Nova is like a microcosm for Richmond Real Estate. And Richmond real estate is a microcosm for immigration.  If Terra Nova is doing well, then Richmond will do well.  So here is a snapshot of Terra Nova Real Estate over the last couple of weeks; and it isn't great.  There are still great buying opportunities in this market, especially before the end of the year.

IN the last 14 days in Terra Nova, there have been 3 new listings for property, 1 of which has been a single family home and 2 have been townhouses.

There have been 2 price reductions on Terra Nova property.

There are now 36 single family homes for sale in Terra Nova, down from 43 on November 22. From the above numbers, one can see that the decline is predominantly from delisted properties as only one has sold.
