Richmond Real Estate Report: Largest Price Reductions by Property Type

Here are the largest price decreases by percentage greater or equal to -4% and organized by property type for Richmond.  Most noteworthy is that when reviewing all of the data that appeared there were many significant price increases to as high as 22%.  As potential buyers, you won't find those nearly as interesting as the price reductions.  This is one more reason why sellers need to get the price right the first time as buyers will be less inclined to be interested in bearing any price increase.
