As you can see, the bulk of the marketable housing which was sold (71.42%) was priced below $2 Mill.
The sales to active ratio in total was 15.29% which is borderline "buyer's" market.  A seller has about a 300% greater chance of selling his property if it priced below the $2 Mill mark.
