Below is a table of price redcutions for the last week ending at 11:41 am Friday for the Vancouver east and west sides.  Of 133 price changes all but 4 were price reductions.  Some of the statistical outliers were removed. Included are only those listings where the price reductions were in excess or equal to 5%.
