There have been 121 price changes in the last 14 days in Richmond of which only 5 have been increases.
Of the 116 price drops, here is a table ranking them by the largest percentage price drops in excess of 5%, i.e. the top 31:

It is noteworthy that 17 of the properties with the largest percentage price reductions are over $1 Mill even though included in this table are all property types, condos, townhouses etc..... Not one Single Family Home under $1 Mill (not on a main street) made this price reduction list!  What I see is a market compression of the top priced properties, while the bottom more affordable ones keep firming up.
