Largest Price Declines for Homes For Sale in Vancouver

Below is this week's chart of the largest price declines  (those over 5%) for Vancouver homes for sale. In the last week, there were 187 price changes of which 179 were price declines. The average price decline from among the 179 declines was $44,108 or 4%. 104 of the 179 properties (58%) were apartments the average price decline for which was $21,682 or 4%. 8 out of the 179 or 4% of the declines were duplexes averaging a decline of $18,986 after removing an outlier with a $450k price reduction. 56 or 31% of the declines were attributable to single family dwellings averaging a price decline of $82,981 or 4%.  11 or 6% of the price declines were attributable to townhouses averaging a price decline of $33,106, also 4%.
