Largest Price Declines in Richmond Real Estate

Out of 62 price changes in the last 14 days, all but 9 of them were price declines.  That said, 9 price increases is a significant "confidence' indicator as this is one of the largest number of price increases  in relation to the number of listings that I can recall.
