I am holding a workshop for prospective Home Buyers or 1st time home buyers together with mortgage broker Allan Seltzer at the Richmond Public Library (Brighouse-2nd Floor) this Thursday, October 10, from 7:00 pm to 8:30. Topics that will be covered will be: What is a mortgage? How to get a home loan? Where to get one? Factors to consider in dealing with lenders? Rate holds and fixed vs. variable rate options.  On the Realtor side I will be discussing the roles various professionals play in the buying transaction; Why use a Realtor? What to expect from the relationship?
