Biggest Price Reductions on Vancouver Homes for Sale

Here is this week's list of the top price reductions in excess of 5% on all property types in Vancouver East and West for the last 7 days. There were 146 price changes of which 142 were decreases and only 4 were increases.  On the decrease list, only 45 made the over 5% list.

The cheapest house for sale in the Vancouver West is on a 33 ft lot on 41st Ave having 4006 sq ft in total with a small home of 1296 sq ft.  For Vancovuer East it is a 1600 sq ft home on Semlin in the Commercial area on a small 2013 sq ft lot for $509,900.
