Biggest Price Reductions on Richmond Property Listings

As this is a short week, I have compiled the largest price reductions (in excess of 5%) on all property listings in the Richmond market for the last 6 days. You may conduct an address search on our main page under the property tab.  None of these price reductions mean that the prices are now where they should be.  You might think some are still excessive. To be sure, you better have a thorough CMA done on anything you are serious about.
